NO MISFIRES CURRENTLY ACTIVE, BUT IS TAKING TO LONG TO REACH OPERATING TEMPERATURE. WE CLEARED FAULT CODES AND HAVE TEST DRIVEN. WE GETTING A PENDING FAULT P0128, WE RECOMMEND TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT ASSEMBLY AND RECHECK NOTE: OBD2 MONITORS HAVE RUN, EXCEPT EVAP SYSTEM MONITOR.
    • THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – 2.4L Eng w/Housing – [Includes:Drain and refill Low Temperature Cooling System. Includes: R&I Battery and Tray.]
    • REPLACE THE RESERVOIR OVERFLOW HOSE (CONNECTOR NIPPLE CAME OFF DURING REMOVAL)

WE FOUND THE ENGINE OIL FILTER LEAKING OIL BAD (CAUSING LOSS OF OIL) AND THIS CAUSING MALFUNCTION IN THE VALVE TIMING SYSTEM. WE REPLACED OIL FILTER AND BLED AIR FROM THE OIL SYSTEM AND NOW THE ENGINE IS RUNNING. TEST DROVE THREE MILES AND NO FURTHER FAULT CODES HAVE RETURNED. * MONITOR OIL LEVEL * **NOTE: VACUUM PUMP IS LEAKING ENGINE OIL**
