WE FOUND THE ENGINE OIL FILTER LEAKING OIL BAD (CAUSING LOSS OF OIL) AND THIS CAUSING MALFUNCTION IN THE VALVE TIMING SYSTEM. WE REPLACED OIL FILTER AND BLED AIR FROM THE OIL SYSTEM AND NOW THE ENGINE IS RUNNING.
