PERFORM COMPRESSION TEST AND FOUND NO COMPRESSION IN THE #2 CYLINDER. PERFORM LEAK DOWN TEST AND FOUND THE #2 CYLINDER EXHAUST VALVE IS NOT SEALING. CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL AND FURTHER INSPECTION IS REQUIRED / CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIR
