- Services performed by ASE certified technician: –Use of hand held scan tools and/or laptop computer programs to access trouble codes causing check engine light –Use of computer diagnostic programs –Use of internet subscription technical sites –Use of up to one hour of ASE certified technician's time to determine the source of the problem causing the trouble code –Most but not all check engine lights or other driveability problems can be determined by the Check Engine Light/Level 1 Diagnostic service –Sometimes additional diagnostics may be required. WE PERFORMED A COMPLETE SCAN TEST AND NO CODES WERE DETECTED. WE PERFORMED A COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM TEST WITH NO FAULTS. ROAD TEST REVEALED THAT THE SHUDDER AND VIBRATION ARE DETECTABLE 15 1500 TO 2500 RPM'S. UP[ON FURTHER INSPECTION WE FOUND THE RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT IS COLLAPSED (HYDRAULIC) AND RUBBING ON THE FRAME CAUSING THE VIBRATION/SHUDDER. RECOMMEND REPLACE THE RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT

- ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION MOUNT – Remove & Replace – Trans Mount (RIGHT FRONT)
- CLEAN AND LUBE SLIDERS CLEAN SURFACE WHERE ROTORS MATE TO HUBS
- CLEAN AND LUBE SLIDERS CLEAN SURFACE WHERE ROTORS MATE TO HUBS
- Quote is for 5 quarts of Multi-grade non-synthetic motor oil per manufacturer specifications, additional quarts, grades, or synthetic oils extra — Drain and refill motor oil — Replace oil filter — Replace oil drain plug sealing washer if applicable
